The cut pile cloth, as the name suggests, is a cut flannel. At the beginning of its production, its grey fabric is double-layered, and then cut from the middle of the grey fabric by cutting, thereby producing a suede. The velvet was not very strong, so the step of brushing the glue was added to fix the suede. If you want to check the quality of the cut pile, just rub it with your fingers on the back of the cloth and observe if there is any fluff.
The overall fleece of the cut pile fabric is uniform, the touch is comfortable, the gloss is good, and the wear is also relatively wear-resistant and easy to clean.
Do not wash it directly in the water to clean and rub it, so as to avoid hair loss and affect the appearance; if the flannel is damp, do not force it to prevent the fluff from falling off due to excessive force; for a small amount of stain, you can use cotton gauze to take it. Appropriate amount of gasoline or alcohol, then gently wipe; if washed with water, it should be placed on a flat table, brushed along the texture to maintain a uniform color, to avoid suede hair.
