Q1.How to place an order of the high end velvet uphosltery fabric ?
A.Once you find us, you can place an order on our website or signed contrat with us.
30% deposit are chargered before customized fabric are manufactured
Q2.What about shipping date?
A.Shipping date would be in 15 days after contrat comfirmed, except customized fabric.
Q3.How about the delivery time?
A. As usual ,the delivery time should be 20-30 days upon the confirm the order and deposit,if some orders are very urgent ,we can finish it within 14 days for you .
Q4.How can I get the sample from you?
A. We can send you samples according to your provided information .Sample is free ,and you just pay the courier cost ,But the courier charges will be returned when you place a trial order.
Q5.How can I control the quality of the goods?
We have strict quality control in production process.
You can also arrange the third party inspection company to our company and inspect the goods after the mass production has been finished.
