How long does it take to customize fabrics?
The time varies depending on the complexity and quantity, usually from 20-30days, and the specific time needs to be confirmed with the supplier.
What is the maximum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies from different fabric , and usually we make 500kg/color for dyeing fabric and 1000kg for print fabric .
Can special customized fabric be made?
Yes, such as waterproof, fireproof, antibacterial and other functions, which need to be communicated in advance.
Does fabric customization support less than MOQ ?
Some fabric can do, but the cost may be higher and needs to be confirmed in advance.
Can the delivery time of fabric customization be expedited?
Usually our delivery date is in 20-30 days after receive the deposit , but if expendited ,it need additional fees and need to be communicated in advance.
How about customized after-sales service?
If you any questions after receiving the goods, please raise them within 10 days and we can communicate and solve them . it is recommended to clearly state the after-sales terms in the contract.
