FAQ Q: Are you trading company or factory? We are manufacturers. We have our own showroom and factory covering more than 10000 square meters. You are welcomed to visit us!
Q: Where is your factory? A: We located in Haining city, Zhejiang Province, China. One and half hours' drive to Shanghai.
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM? A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory. Please send your design pictures or tell us ur idea then we can talk further with our R&D team and develop for you.
Q: Can I order samples? Are they free of charge? A: Yes, fabric sample will be FREE but the express freight will be collected.
Q: What is the lead time? A: It depends on if we have this fabric in stock. we can delivery in 7-15days for container orders after the deposit arrive.
Q: What are the payment terms? A: Our payment terms is usually 30% deposit by T/T before production and 70% balance by T/T against the copy of B/L. We could also accept the payment such as O/A, L/C, D/P, DDP, DDU, Or PayPal.
Q: How to solve the quality problem after sales? A: We will send the shipping sample which is the quality sample to you before loading as well as the pictures & videos of mass production to avoid any problems happen. However, if after receiving the goods still have problems then we will produce again, compensate, give you discount in the next order, or make up in the way you think is proper. |
