1.Weight

Weight is very important for fabric quality.To warp knitting fabric,the normal weight is between 150gsm to 380gsm,Yarn in DTY or FDY.Customers can request the weight as their needing.Or send original fabric sample to us,we can measure the weight and produce same fabric.

2.Color

Every year,every season ,we will update colors to follow the fashion of home textile.And customers also will customize it for their new annual.We can make color as international color cards,like pantone color,directly color samples is available too.After decide the color,we will make lab dips of colors and send it for checking.

3.Height of pile

This is important to decide the furface apperance of fabric and hand feeling.For regular home textile,0.5mm~1.5mm is enough to use,and some material for blanket will higher to 2mm to 3mm.And we will produce as customer's samples.
